Idea #1. MakeLogo AI, a tool to create logos with artificial intelligence
A while ago, Nico Jeannen learned to program. MakeLogoAI launched 3 years ago. And on Saturday, March 11, 2023 (6 days ago) he sold it on acquire.com for $65,000.
This strange success story deserves to be in the TOP and I am going to tell it to you here today.
I just sold https://t.co/tpGH0U0bU1 for $65,000🤩🚀
Launched it 3 months ago, with 0 budget and less than 600 followers. I learned to code only 9 months ago.
Big thanks @agazdecki & @acquiredotcom to have made it possible!
If you’re curious, here is the whole story:

In December 2022, Nico wondered if he could automate logo creation and if people would pay for it. 48 hours later it launched the first MVP: a static HTML page and a Typeform form to receive information and payment directly. When someone asked for a logo he would send it to them by hand by email. In this way he made a couple of sales and validated that people would be willing to pay for such a service.

The next step was to actually automate the project. Created https://makelogo.ai/ and launched the project on ProductHunt. There he sold more than $1,000.

Afterwards he made several changes to the tool, he added an editor for the logos generated by artificial intelligence, he lost interest in making logos due to having to provide support to clients (this was his main problem during the development of the business) and in February 2023 He decided to sell it on Acquire.com where he found the buyer.
In total, in 3 months, he managed to sell $23,000 in logos and made a profit of $15,000. In addition to the $65,000 he got from selling it. Conclusion: the project has earned him $80,000 in just 3 months. Nothing, nothing bad…

How could you replicate this idea (MVP)
For the public website you can use a #NoCode solution such as Framer, Webxow or using the classic and reliable WordPress.
To get paid you can do as Nico did, a Typeform form connected to a Stripe account. In this way, customers will be able to place the order and pay by card.
To create the logos I asked the programmer Juan Santamaría what he thought MakeLogoAI used to generate the logos and he told me that it is very likely Dall-e from OpenAI.

You could start by sending the first logo designs manually and see if you are able to market/sell it.
If you have managed to pass that first test and generate interest and some sales, you can think about the next phase:
Automate: if you want to automate orders and have logos generated automatically for clients, you would have to connect the website with Dall-e through its API.
Editor: the most normal thing will be that clients always want to make some adjustments to the logos. Change a color, the font, the size of the font… Therefore, it is important that they can edit it themselves so that you don’t have to do it for them.

This is not the only tool to generate logos that exists, there are other ways to do it or sell
it such as Logology by Dagobert Renouf. A tweeter who publishes memes about digital
products daily and, in this way, gains followers interested in his startup.

The world of design and artificial intelligence is increasingly competitive, but the good thing is that for a while there will be many early-adopters willing to pay for new tools (that add value) to try.
